COGRAD is a university analytical lab that delivers chemometric data to its own clients. Every report meant manually exporting instrument data, retyping it into R, and rebuilding the charts from scratch, a process only one person on the team could run. We built an internal tool that automates that pipeline end to end.
Replaced a manual, redone-from-scratch-every-time workflow (raw instrument data to spreadsheet to hand-typed R scripts) with a single automated tool.
Automated the core chemometric outputs the lab generates for its clients, so results come out consistent and repeatable every time.
Built the SOPs so the workflow no longer lives in one person's head, and the rest of the team can run it too.
What was a manual, single-person-dependent process is now a documented, automated pipeline the whole lab can run.
