AI strategy
We work out where AI would actually help your business and where it wouldn't, and put the options in order of what they're worth.
We find where AI fits, get your data ready for it, and build it into the work your team already does. Where many consultants stop at recommendations, we build the fix.
Published studies keep finding the same thing: set up properly, AI takes real time off the work teams do every day.
Some of our clients are unhappy with the automations and systems they have now. Others just know they could be doing better. Most are dealing with the same things: hours lost to manual work, tools that don't talk to each other, and leads slipping through the cracks every month.
We connect the pieces, automate the repetitive parts, and train your team so the new way of working sticks.

We pull your data into one place and clean it up, so AI has something reliable to work with.
We connect the tools you already use, so information moves between them without anyone retyping it.
We put AI to work on the tasks that eat your team's time: qualifying leads, answering inquiries, and handling calls after hours.
Every project includes training, and we run hands-on workshops that teach your staff to use AI in their own work.
Most AI work starts with an Opportunity Assessment. Every decision after that comes from what it found in your business.
Over two to four weeks we speak with your team and look at your processes, systems, marketing, and numbers. You get a written baseline and a plan in priority order. If you go ahead with implementation within 60 days, the assessment fee is credited toward it.
We deliver the plan as clearly scoped projects. We build a custom solution or bring in a tool from one of our partner companies, where our clients get preferred rates and support. Every project includes training.
Optional. If you want us to stay on after launch, we work monthly as an extension of your team, with direct access to the founders. If you already have people in-house, we support them and give them extra horsepower.
Each report run went from around 60 minutes to under 5. The process is documented, and the whole lab can run it instead of one person.

No. Getting ready is part of the work. The assessment shows where your data and processes stand, and we fix that foundation before building anything on top of it.
You get a permanent license to the AI systems we build. Your data, accounts, and domains are yours from day one.
If the project is already clearly defined, yes. For most AI work the assessment comes first, because it tells us what is actually worth building.
Only when that is the right call. Sometimes a tool from one of our partners does the job better, and our clients get preferred rates and support on those.
